We ask that you allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Requesting a return is really easy! Simply email email@example.com (Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.) Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (excluding original shipping cost). Olita cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
Need to reship a refused or undeliverable package? A reshipping fee in the amount of the original shipping cost will be required. To avoid reshipping fees please double check your address prior to checkout.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping addresses and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. OLITA is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
If an order that has been refused or returned to us due to a mistake in the shipping address entered at checkout, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount as well as a 10% restocking fee.
